Steps to joining 4GL's Conference room:

1. Enter Meeting ID supplied by 4GL Solutions.

2. If after entering Meeting ID you do not connect immediately, follow the prompts to download the GoToMeeting client to your PC.

3. You will then be connected to the meeting.

4. If you will have staff members connecting to the meeting from outside locations, all participants will need to call the telephone number provided on the screen to enable audio.
